摘要: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia presenting with bone involvement and multiple osteolytic lesions has been commonly reported in pediatric population. Various myeloid lymphoid malignancies can rarely present bony lesions. We are reporting an adult female patient acute who presented paraparesis skull initially giving false impression of myeloma.
