摘要: A sensitive, rapid and accurate analysis of the amino acid neurotransmitters in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) rat was accomplished by capillary electrophoresis with a laser-induced fluorescence-charged coupled device (LIF-CCD) fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) derivatization. Since CCD is an image detector matrix array photoelements, photogenerated charge generated from single photoelements summed up on-chip binning, used to improve detection sensitivity. self-compiled data processing program calculate digitally summation multiwavelength transform three-dimensional electropherograms into two-dimensional electropherograms. Use this improved sensitivity, extraction useful statistical performance quantitative analysis. Owing its excellent detectability unique characteristic format, which allows perform analog digital summation, high sensitivity limits ranging 1.2 17.2 nM obtained for LIF-CCD. This method demonstrated be powerful tool analyzing complex biological samples through determination six DRG rat.
