摘要: A sensitive, rapid and accurate analysis of the amino acid neurotransmitters in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) rat was accomplished by capillary electrophoresis with a laser-induced fluorescence-charged coupled device (LIF-CCD) fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) derivatization. Since CCD is an image detector matrix array photoelements, photogenerated charge generated from single photoelements summed up on-chip binning, used to improve detection sensitivity. self-compiled data processing program calculate digitally summation multiwavelength transform three-dimensional electropherograms into two-dimensional electropherograms.
