摘要: Amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) was transformed at 25 degrees to hydroxyapatite (HA) in horse and bovine serum; solutions of serum-protein fractions tris-HC1 buffer (pH 7.4), pH 7.4 buffers containing from 0.1 10 times physiological CO3(2-) concentration. The ACP-to-HA transformation slower whole serum than control solution. observed adsorption proteins on ACP HA probably inhibits both the dissolution particles growth crystals. After 72 h all transformations were complete as determined by X-ray diffraction. crystal dimensions decreased with increasing C03(2-) but shape, shown linewidths, relatively constant up about 4% CO3(2-). At 15% crystals more equiaxial less needle-like habit. radial distribution function (RDF) 3.7% is well resolved RDF ambient (1.1%). peaks are sharp their amplitude falls rapidly atomic separation for low CO3(2-)-HA. These effects show that decreases regularity arrangement when incorporated HA. rapid decrease, content, IR splitting P-O bending mode CO3(2-)-HA attributed reduced size possibly a perturbation field due CO3(2-)-induced lattice distortion. Finally, bone mineral, it probable poor resolution patterns due, large part, small internal disorder caused
