摘要: Venous thromboembolism may be efficiently treated by one single daily administration of a high dose low molecular weight heparin (LMWH). The present study investigates if the physiological deteriora-tion renal function associated with normal aging or presence an acute venous influences pharmacodynamic pattern anti-factor Xa and anti-thrombin activities. Three groups 12 subjects were investigated. first 2 composed healthy volunteers differing age (25 ± 4 65 3 yrs) creati-nine clearance (114 15 62 6 ml · min –1 ). third group was patients hospitalized for deep vein thrombosis, having mean 11 yrs creatinine 76 8 . Nadroparin administered subcutaneously once at 180 IU.kg to 10 days. Serial sampling on day 1 last (day n) allowed parameters activities compared begining end treatment. main findings following: After repeated administration, significant accumulation activity observed in elderly but not young (accumulation factor: 1.3). There no evidence activity; correlations between that In patients, 1.4 times higher respectively than those calculated elderly; ratio clearances close equal 5.4 patients. These results suggest mechanisms involved polysaccharide chains which support are different from enhanced binding properties plasma proteins unfractionated reported presenting also exists LMWH, predominantly activity.
