摘要: The antisecretory factor (AF) is a protein secreted in plasma and other tissue fluids mammalians which was shown to be potent inhibitor of intestinal fluid secretion inflammation. After the AGP ban, several nutritional approaches aimed optimization weaning transition reduction gut diseases have been proposed, but success rates are really low compared antimicrobials. AF-inducing diets appear suitable alternatives AGP. Indeed AF content sows’ colostrum milk appears protection against diarrhoea suckling piglets. Increased level by dietary means, such as feeding hydro-thermally processed cereals (HPC), has demonstrated human animals. We tested effect two different HPC inclusion wheat-barley based diet on weaned piglets growth performance, reared an experimental farm. results confirmed efficacy promoters piglet nutrition: supplementation improved ADG FCR. In vitro test were made study anti-inflammatory properties its mechanism action using AF-16, active region protein. Ussing chamber experiments performed polarized IPEC-J2 cells neuronal involvement activity AF. In fact, AF-16 did not inhibit CT-induced Isc. A slower rate Isc increase observed during simultaneous administration with CT. High dosages found reduce LPS-stimulated NO production RAW264.7 cell, thus supporting hypothesis action. On contrary, no significant obtained PMA-stimulated ROS generation pig alveolar macrophages.
