摘要: The authors report a serie of five patients with stumps above the elbow who needed secondary reconstruction to allow or facilitate prosthesis. They used in first case an expansion latissimus dorsi flap and axillary prepectoral region order free stump humerus sutured on thorax. In second case, parascapular covered unstable scar clavicula after scapulothoracic amputation. third transfer fibula associated pedicled had allowed elongation humerus. two last cases, one preserved length for technical choices are eclectic different every case. purpose is obtain efficient trophicity thickness that can support prosthesis if possible long enough improve adaptation operated were able be apparated, reducing this way their daily functional difficulties.
