摘要: A total of six AP-PCR and AFLP primer combinations were used to study the genetic diversity in 55 Indian soybean varieties. The average numbers amplified bands per assay unit significantly (p<0.1) high for (121) than (82). number polymorphic (27.1) was higher (17.6). polymorphism percentages comparable. However, marker indexes (8.5) as compared (5.8), index mainly attributed bands, while PIC values revealed that AFLPs are more efficient at revealing loci technique. Mantel’s tests correlation using Jaccard’s similarity matrices between with combined AP-PCR+AFLP data carried out r = 0.8 0.9 obtained respectively indicating strong significant correlation. clustering varieties dendrogram generated by UPGMA analysis indicated no trend respect pedigree common parentage that, two derived from same cross might be diverse if selection pressure operating is different. Over all moderate, AP-PCR, data.
