摘要: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to propose a set guidelines be used for diagnosing and (re)designing organizational systems based on Hoshin Kanri – management framework that recognized building the link between strategy business execution. Design/methodology/approach A two-step approach was in research work. A systematic literature review (SLR) find relevant references related could serve as sources recommendations. After completing SLR, content analysis define recommendations analyze them, deriving guidelines. Findings A collection recurring topics identified through analysis. These can interpreted central aspects application. Topics were eventually categorized one guideline developed each categories, which resulted total 23 guidelines. Guidelines grouped two dimensions (context process) also according their aspect (organizational culture, capabilities, focus, alignment, integration review). Originality/value Although has been widely applied Japan large companies over past 50 years, it not explored papers other frameworks. Literature often focuses only process an organization-wide holistic system. There are few empirical studies about its conceptual assumptions practical implications no systematization main ensure effective application universal manner.
