摘要: Abstract Utilizing 2-vinylthiophene as the starting material, thienyl-containing aza-BODIPY 1 was successfully prepared. Aza-BODIPY absorbs at 760 nm and emits 782 nm in CHCl 3 NIR region. a turn-off chemosensor highly selective to Hg 2+ . The fluorescence quenching is due that electrons from thienyl groups core were transferred after binding with can be used detect MCF-7 cells, indicating its potential application for studying effect of biological system.
