摘要: Previous literature describes “coming out of the closet” as an important job career issue that is conducive to personal stress and effectiveness in business firms. research human resources organizational behavior has rarely assessed homosexual employees’ coming their effectiveness. This study aims complement previous by proposing testing a model workers based on social cognitive theory. In model, indirectly affected disclosure self-efficacy, outcome expectation, support via mediation disclosure, stress, advancement satisfaction. Empirical tests from preliminary survey 319 gay lesbian adults Taiwan are conducted herein, results presented, managerial implications limitations this provided.
