Our Experience in Laparoscopic Treatment of the Liver Hydatid Cysts

摘要: In the past open surgery was only treatment of liver hydatidosis. There are now very good therapeutic alternatives: medical alone, echo-guided puncture, laparoscopic treatment. 1990 ‟ s, hydatid cyst liver, started to be treated by surgery, given advantages this procedure. Objectives : To assess results liver. Material and method A number 59 patients with who underwent over a period 20 years, from 1995 2014 were studied. Results: Lagrot partial pericystectomy performed in 43 (72.8% cases) total cystectomy 16 (27.2% cases). Patients biliary lithiasis (17.4% associated cholecystectomy. Mortality nil morbidity 8.7%. The average operating time 85 minutes, hospital stay 6 days one patient relapsed. Conclusions Hydatid approach is an alternative choice whenever meet criteria for selection cases regarding location cysts their stage evolution.
