摘要: Hypogammaglobulinaemia was first described in a patient with severe infections by Bruton 19521, and selective lack of IgA initially noted healthy individuals Rockey et al. 19642. Lack both serum secretory later found to be the most common immunodeficiency. It occurs frequency from one 396 886 (mean 1/568) various normal populations such as blood donors, which altogether 394629 have been tested3. deficiency is more prevalent among patients frequent infections, allergy or cancer3–5.
