摘要: Objectives. This study examined whether pretreatment self-efficacy and pre- to post-treatment changes in predict tender point index, disease severity, pain, physical activity. Methods. One hundred nine subjects with fibromyalgia were assessed before after a 6-week training intervention. Measures included physician ratings of the visual analog scale for Physical Activities subscale Arthritis Impact Measurement Scales, Self-Efficacy Scale. Results. Pretreatment significantly predicted activity, higher selfefficacy associated better activity outcome. Changes pain; improvements outcomes on each measure. Conclusions. Higher levels are outcome, may mediate effectiveness rehabilitation-based treatment programs fibromyalgia.
