One patient died severe acute exacerbation asthma following initiation rofecoxib. Conclusion NSAID exposures are cause morbidity children. Both nonselective newer COX-2 inhibitors associated reactions. overall severity highlights need vigilant surveillance paediatrics, including established agents.
