摘要: Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is used to treat a subset of heart failure patients with discoordinate wall motion. Defining appropriate important, and, although electrical delay (wide QRS) commonly used, recent data show that measures mechanical dyssynchrony improve the sensitivity and specificity predicting responders (including narrow QRS complexes). This has stimulated studies per se, phenomenon now appears be very common in virtually all forms failure. However, what this means clinically, how or whether it should treated by CRT other means, remains unclear.
