摘要: Abstract The aqueous solution equilibria and solute structure of vitamin B 6 compounds several model have been investigated using 13 C-nmr spectroscopy. unsubstituted α-carbon these is a very good probe for data which permits assignment the ionization steps to indicidual groups. While ionizations pyridinium phenolic groups take place simultaneously in 3-hydroxypyridine, they well-separated pyridoxamine (PM), phosphate (PMP), pyridoxal phosphate. It has established that with p K value 3.7 predominantly origin PM PMP. A zwitterionic consistent earlier spectroscopic investigations proposed neutral solution.
