Internal stress and magnetic properties of electrodeposited amorphous Fe-P alloys

摘要: Amorphous Fe–P alloys were electrodeposited under galvanostatic conditions at a current density of 10Adm–2 from sulfate–chlorine solutions containing β-alanine and glycine, as well hypophosphoric acid. It was established that an increase in the deposition temperature 50 to 60°C causes rate substantial rise efficiency internal stress (IS). With pH 2.0 3.0 phosphorus content decreases, almost doubles there is drop IS. assumed higher electrolyte acidity enhances hydrogen occlusion coating, which then desorbs deposit creating tensile The same correlation between IS observed when glycine concentration varies. A profile residual plotted illustrating distribution throughout thickness. When samples are magnetized coating plane, shape hysteresis loop indicates perpendicular magnetic anisotropy.
