摘要: [1] We present a multiple linear regression model developed for describing global river export of dissolved SiO2 (DSi) to coastal zones. The model, with basin spatial scale and an annual temporal scale, is based on four variables significant influence DSi yields (soil bulk density, precipitation, slope, area volcanic lithology) the predam situation. Cross validation showed that robust respect selected coefficients. calculated 380 Tg a−1 (340–427 a−1). Most exported by rivers zone Atlantic Ocean (41%), Pacific (36%), Indian (14%). South America Asia are largest contributors (25% 23%, respectively). retention in reservoirs basins may amount 18–19%.
