摘要: Since the 1950s, technological advances have forged molecular biology into one of most powerful fields science. The primary specializations cardiac conduction system are a lower expression fast Na+ channel (Nav1.5), background K+ (Kir2.1), and high conductance connexin (Cx43), but with higher pacemaker (HCN4) alternative L-type Ca2+ (Cav1.3). Therefore, it is possible to investigate gene transcription protein for these channels. This chapter describes use in situ hybridization, qPCR, immunohistochemistry study ion expression.
