摘要: The application of midinfrared polarization spectroscopy (mid-IRPS) is demonstrated for sensitive detection minor molecular species in combustion environments by probing rovibrational transitions. High resolution mid-IRPS spectra low pressure flames were obtained the spectral range around 3 mu m. Rotational lines fundamental vibrational band hydroxyl radical (OH) fully resolved and properly assigned among abundant hot water flame spectra. high signal-to-noise ratio recorded OH indicates feasibility detection. This constitutes, to best our knowledge, first reported range. A simulation with parameters extracted from HITRAN/HITEMP database was performed compared observed proper prediction may help clarify potential interferences associated measurements.
