摘要: We describe the preparation and characterization of two zinc hybrid luminescent structures based on flexible emissive linker molecule, trans-(4-R,4′-R′) stilbene, where R R′ are mono- or poly-coordinating groups, which retain their luminescence within these solid materials. For example, reaction trans-4,4′-stilbenedicarboxylic acid nitrate in solvent dimethylformamide (DMF) yielded a dense 2-D network featuring both octahedral tetrahedral coordination environments connected by trans-stilbene links. Similar diethylformamide (DEF) at higher temperatures resulted porous, 3-D framework structure consisting interpenetrating cubic lattices, each basic to carboxylate vertices joined trans-stilbene, analogous isoreticular MOF (IRMOF) series. demonstrate that optical properties embodiments correlate directly with local ligand observed crystal structures. further materials produce high response proton radiation tolerance relative prior scintillators. These features can be used create sophisticated scintillating detection sensors.
