摘要: For risk assessments, the average current residence time (time since moving into residence) has often been used as a surrogate for total between and out of residence). Since distributions two quantities are not necessarily same, neither their averages. Housing surveys provide data; times must, therefore, be inferred. By modeling process, distribution can estimated from data. Using 1985 1987 U.S. housing survey data, averages both were calculated several categories. The all households, 4.6 (se= 0.6) years, is less than half time, 10.6 0.1) years.
