摘要: During the development of CNS, a salient issue is whether neuronal phenotype defined by lineage or environment precursor cells. Transplants permit these two possibilities to be tested, as cell fate can examined in new location. Dissociated cerebellar cells from newborn rats treated with tritiated thymidine NSE-lacZ transgenic mice were grafted into dentate gyrus developing hippocampus. Implanted integrated granule layer, which contains bodies host neurons. Immunohistochemistry showed that like hippocampal neurons, calbindin positive and upregulated FOS seizure paradigm. Electron microscopic analysis also share features These assays indicate transplanted acquired morphological antigenic characteristic results show metencephalic precursors are capable differentiating response signals telencephalon, suggesting controls regional during neurogenesis.
