摘要: This chapter focuses first on action learning (AL) concepts, features, terminology, programmes and projects then definitions of research (AR) participatory (PAR) to enhance both conceptual practical understanding. I discuss essential characteristics, requirements quality criteria the dialectical relationship between (PALAR) as an integrated concept. present various models PALAR values worldviews inherent in a culture, reasons for success or failure fields countries.
