摘要: Cardiac disorders associated with cerebral embolism including cardiac surgery, myocardial infarction, endocarditis and non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) are reviewed along methods to detect cardioembolic sources. Warfarin aspirin effective in the primary prevention of stroke NVAF but relative efficacy remains be determined.
