Exercise training prevents ecto-nucleotidases alterations in platelets of hypertensive rats

摘要: In this study, we investigated the effect of 6 weeks swimming training on ecto-nucleotidase activities and platelet aggregation from rats that developed hypertension in response to oral administration l-NAME. The were divided into four groups: control (n = 10), exercise l-NAME 10). animals trained five times per week an adapted system for 60 min with a gradual increase workload up 5 % animal’s body weight. results showed ATP, ADP, AMP, adenosine hydrolysis, indicating augment NTPDase (from 35.3 ± 8.1 53.0 15.1 nmol Pi/min/mg protein ATP; 21.7 7.0 46.4 15.6 ADP as substrate), ecto-5′-nucleotidase 8.0 5.7 28.1 6.9 protein), ADA 0.8 0.5 3.9 U/L) platelets l-NAME-treated when compared other groups (p < 0.05). A significant group was also observed. Exercise efficient preventing these alterations group, besides showing hypotensive effect. conclusion, our clearly indicated protector action moderate intensity nucleotides nucleoside hydrolysis aggregation, which highlights avoid complications related activities.
