摘要: Amorphous chalcogenides, of which selenium is the simplest representative, exhibit a number properties are unique to this group materials. One such their ability change, in reversible manner, structure upon irradiation by bandgap light. This effect has been first reported late 60s — early 70s [1].The change optical accompanied photo-induced changes in, microhardness [2], glass-transition temperature [3,4] etc. The total led investigators conclusion that major reason for them was structure. direct evidence structural transformation X-ray diffraction [5].
