摘要: Flat silicon nanocrystals coated with the perfluorophenyl ligands have been obtained. are formed due to specific interactions between ligands. The fact of binding surface nanoparticles is supported by XPS and FTIR spectroscopy. Morphology structure synthesized Si-nanoparticles were studied using transmission electron microscopy. samples comprise two types nanoparticles: spherical flat (2D structures).
