摘要: With more than 50 percent of the European population (EU-24) living in rural areas and a renewed focus on stimulating smart, sustainable socially inclusive growth, Rural Development Programmes (RDPs) are an important instrument for economic, social environmental policies. Evaluating impact development programmes is, however, complicated due to widely varying policy targets RDPs as well their substantial heterogeneity across areas. In this paper we use spatial econometric techniques evaluate Union, at NUTS2 level, specifically labour productivity agricultural sector. To address clear patterns distribution productivity, employ regression models which dependence explicitly modelled quantify RDPs.
