摘要: Adaptation of media resources is an emerging field due to the growing amount multimedia content on one hand and increasing diversity in usage environments other hand. Furthermore, deal with a plethora coding metadata formats, format-independent adaptation systems are important. In this paper, we present new system. The proposed system relies model that takes into account structural metadata, semantic scalability information bitstreams. implemented using web ontology language.
