摘要: Chlorogenic acids (CGAs) are potent antioxidants found in certain foods and drinks, most notably coffee. In recent years, basic clinical investigations have implied that the consumption of chlorogenic acid can an anti-hypertension effect. Mechanistically, metabolites CGAs attenuate oxidative stress (reactive oxygen species), which leads to benefit blood-pressure reduction through improved endothelial function nitric oxide bioavailability arterial vasculature. This review article highlights physiological biochemical findings on this subject some remaining issues merit further scientific exploration. framework lifestyle modification for management cardiovascular risk factors, dietary may hold promise providing a non-pharmacological approach prevention treatment high blood pressure.
