Serum protein depletion by cultured rat embryos

摘要: Cultures of 10-day rat embryos depleted a protein band with molecular weight approximately 125,000 from the serum medium. Delayed centrifuged differed immediately by reduction in staining intensity and absence two high (>200,000) bands.
