摘要: Abstract The Kuroshio Current has a considerable impact on the environmental characteristics and dynamic of East China Sea (ECS). On ECS continental shelf within study area (124°E-126°E, 25°N-27°N), Branch (KBC) exists in stable state flows towards main axis. significant difference potential vorticity is both sides axis, which makes it difficult for seawater right side axis to intrude shelf. Based Argo data, satellite data reanalysis an abnormal reverse intrusion KBC was observed during passage super typhoon Soudelor 2015. mean volume transport period reached about 0.56 Sv, daily August 9 up 1.29 Sv. inputted additional positive fluxes counteracted provided channel apparently enhanced ocean current. Ekman downwelling changes upper stratification also promoted KBC. This offers new insights into influence typhoons onto
