摘要: Summary There is growing evidence that plasminogen activator inhibitor type 1 (PAI-1) expressed in adipose tissue and its expression implicated inflammation accompanies obesity-associated diseases. The physiological role of other genes the plasminogen-activating cascade such as urokinase-type (u-PA), u-PA receptor (u-PAR) 2 (PAI-2) ovine remains unknown. objective this study was to examine changes four (PA)-related during early post-weaning period dairy ewes. A total 21 subcutaneous samples were obtained from seven lactating ewes Chios breed at weeks 1, 4 after weaning. Results indicated all PA-related detected most examined. Greatest u-PAR corresponded highest (week 1), while greatest PAI-2 lowest (week 4) rate lipolysis, by hormone-sensitive lipase, tissue. There no significant differences two (u-PA, PAI-1) throughout experimental period. Plasminogen activator-related are not a coordinated manner sheep In conclusion, mobilization correlated with PAI-2.
