摘要: Abstract We report a high-resolution photoemission study of the d-like surface state residing on Cu(1 0 0) Au alloy around M - point Brillouin zone. When going from clean to fully developed 0)c(2 × 2)Au outermost layer, inverse effective mass characterizing band dispersion with k increases by about 2.0, almost linearly concentration between zero and 50%. discuss an interpretation in terms additional electronic charge density plane.
