摘要: Stem cells have emerged as potentially useful for regenerative medicine applications. To fully harness this potential, it is important to develop in vitro cell culture platforms with spatially regulated mechanical, chemical, and biological cues induce the differentiation of stem cells. In study, a platform was constructed that used polydopamine (PDA)-coated parafilm. The modified parafilm supports attachment proliferation. addition, because superb plasticity ductility parafilm, can be easily micropatterned regulate spatial arrangements cells, exert different mechanical tensions. Specifically, we PDA-coated grooved micropatterns osteogenic Adipose-derived mesenchymal were cultured on exhibited significantly higher commitment response compared ones without stretch. Our findings may open new opportunities inducing osteogenesis using combines cues.
