摘要: Abstract An unsteady hydrodynamic model of bubble-induced particle motion near a horizontal tube immersed in gas-fluidized bed is proposed. According to the model, two-dimensional bubble rising past treated as moving doublet so that relative analogous potential flow gas circular cylinder. Also, condition particles should not penetrate wall established using method images. The velocities induced by are used together with numerical integration scheme establish trajectories wall. Results calculations shown compare qualitatively experimental observations others. Further illustrate effect size upon defluidized cap on leeward side tube. proposed could be basis for estimation emulsion phase residence time or improved interstitial velocity estimates required heat transfer analyses.
