摘要: We have been developing ray-based 3D information systems that consist of ray acquisition, processing, and display. Free viewpoint television (FTV) based on the ray-space method is a typical example. FTV will bring an epoch-making change in history because it enables us to view distant world freely by changing our viewpoints as if we were there. constructed real-time including complete chain from capturing A new algorithm was developed generate free images. In addition, user interface presented for make full use information. not pixel-based system but system. are creating image engineering through development FTV.
