摘要: We have conducted an experimental and theoretical study of the threshold characteristics a space simulation beam-plasma discharge with emphasis on density profiles density-dependent ignition criterion. The included various conditions covering beam currents from 8 to 85 ma, energies 0.8 2.0 keV, magnetic fields at 0.9 1.5 G. determinations radial electron for each selected extending low-density, pre-beam-plasma state strong condition. At it was determined that 〈ωp/ωc〉 = 5.4 results are shown agree detailed model calculations, which consider be produced by large-amplitude plasma waves resulting interaction.
