摘要: A comparison of six similarity measures for use in intensity-based two-dimensional-three-dimensional (2-D-3-D) image registration is presented. The accuracy the are compared to a "gold-standard" which has been accurately calculated using fiducial markers. used register computed tomography (CT) scan spine phantom fluoroscopy phantom. carried out within region-of-interest user defined contain single vertebra. Many problems involved this type caused by features were not modeled alone. More realistic data sets simulated with clinical overlaid. Results show that introduction soft-tissue structures and interventional instruments into can have large effect on performance some previously applied 2-D-3-D registration. Two able robustly even when present as differences between images. These pattern intensity gradient difference. Their accuracy, all rigid-body parameters except source film translation, was root-mean-square (rms) error 0.53 mm or degrees values. No failures occurred while registering these measures.
