Effect of long-term fertilization on soil aggregate-associated dissolved organic nitrogen on sloping cropland of purple soil.

摘要: To investigate the effect of fertilization practice on dissolved organic nitrogen (DON) in aggregates, study was conducted and involved four treatments: no fertilizer; mineral fertilizer (MF); pig manure matched with (MFP) crop straw (MFR). The results showed that DON content storage were highest > 5 mm aggregates lowest by 404.7% 184.4%. In comparison MFR, for MFP significantly enhanced 77.5% 75.0%. A positive linear correlation relationship between microbial biomass carbon observed (R-2 = 0.84; P < 0.01). suggest is a preferred strategy retaining nutrient due to sloping upland purple soil.
