摘要: The role of the amino group in excited-state dynamics 3-aminoquinoline (3AQ) has been investigated by comparison with its synthetic derivative 3-(piperidin-1-yl)quinoline (3PQ). absence hydrogen atoms 3PQ eliminates, to a large extent, complexity processes observed 3AQ. polarity medium is found be most important determinant nonradiative rate constants 3PQ, unlike 3AQ where bonding plays significant role. decrease increase micropolarity.
