摘要: The main goal of this study was to assess both mercury (Hg) accumulation and organs’ specific oxidative stress responses gills, liver kidney Dicentrarchus labrax with emphasis on seasonality. Fish were collected in cold warm periods three stations: reference, moderated highly contaminated sites. Our results showed that seasonal factors slightly influenced Hg between year (cold warm) strongly affected response basal levels. In contrast, seasonality seemed not influence responses, since similar patterns obtained for periods, moderate degree antioxidant obtained. Moreover, the profile may be attributed contamination degree, which organ-specific patterns. Hence, gills able adapt contamination, opposition, demonstrated some vulnerability toxicity. critical concentrations indicated threshold limits each organ. Overall, should taken into account monitoring programmes, helping characterize individuals’ reference values thus discriminate effects induced by natural causes or contamination.
