摘要: Abstract We report the clinical and immunohistochemical features of six cases intravascular lymphomatosis. All patients presented with symptoms referable to central nervous system (CNS) involvement. In two patients, diagnosis was made on brain biopsy specimens. remaining four cases, at autopsy. Three autopsied had focal extravascular lymphoma, diffuse large cell type. all five tested, stains paraffin-embedded sections confirmed lymphoid nature malignant cells. Stains frozen in one case, tissue other demonstrated B-lymphocyte lineage. electron microscopy tumor three tested expressed Hermes 3-defined homing receptor antigen lacked peanut agglutinin receptors.
