摘要: Selected antibodies that have become available in recent years and applications diagnostic pathology are discussed. They include organ-related, provide information on cellular differentiation or histogenetic type, predictive value tumors, highlight infective agents. PAX8 (paired box gene 8) is a marker expressed the lower female genital tract, thyroid, kidney their tumors. Napsin A lung an alternative for pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Arginase sensitive specific liver ERG (Ets-related gene) excellent endothelium vascular tumors as well prostatic cancer (about 50% of cases). SOX10 (SRY-related HMG box) predominantly melanocytic Schwann cells corresponding DOG1 (discovered GIST 1) gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) acinic cell carcinoma. OCT3/4 pan-germ marker, except yolk sac tumor. SALL4 positive various types germ including MUC4 (mucin-related antigen 4) low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma. Langerin Langerhans SOX11 mantle lymphoma. New generation against anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) required to reliably demonstrate ALK translocation carcinomas. Lack expression succinate dehydrogenase B seen paragangliomas hereditary form pediatric type GIST. Antibodies Trepenoma pallidum can facilitate diagnosis syphilis, whereas those SV40 (simian virus 40) helpful BK infection progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy.
