Laser synthesis of vanadium-titanium oxide catalysts

摘要: A laser-induced process has been studied and developed for the synthesis either of pure TiO 2 powders use as a catalyst support or mixed Ti 1− x V O oxides to be used directly catalysts in selective catalytic reduction nitrogen with ammonia. The radiation source is 600 W cw CO laser precursors are titanium vanadium alkoxides whose vapors carried under beam by controlled flows an inert gas reaction sensitizer. study mainly devoted optimization production rate efficiency. powder characteristics, related parameters, have investigated through different techniques. results show that particles monodispersed, unaggregated, monocrystalline anatase structure their diameters can small 50 A. Vanadium contents up X = 0.25 obtained compounds, without 5 segregation. Finally, comparison between behavior surface VO active sites out prepared chemical impregnation Ti–V oxide powders.
