摘要: Can hypothetical survey methods be used to elicit valuations for environmental goods? Many critics of the use these point lack any real economic commitment by subjects who are responding surveys. They question if answers provide an accurate or informative guide how those would respond required back up their response with actual monetary payment. The issue has ceased being academic, increasing such surveys in damage assessment. Moreover, sheer size some assessments derived fueled even greater controversy between various interest groups.1
