摘要: This paper presents a new metric for describing the sustainability improvements achieved, relative to company’s initial situation, after implementing lean and green manufacturing system. The final value of this is identified as Overall Environmental Equipment Effectiveness (OEEE), which used analyze evolution between two states (OEE) together, references, globally individually, production steps. OEE known measure equipment utilization, includes availability, quality performance each step, In addition these factors, OEEE incorporates concept based on calculated environmental impact complete product life cycle. Action research different processes tube fabrication company conducted assess potential indicator. case study demonstrates compatibility manufacturing, using common metric. allows be integrated into business decisions, compares states, by identifying undertaken within processes.
