摘要: Abstract ∑9, ∑27a and ∑8ld〈110〉 tilt boundaries in annealed bulk polycrystals of a Cu + 6 at.% Si alloy are shown to dissociate, each case new intermediate grain is formed which separated from one the original grains by ∑3 coherent twin interface. For ∑9 dissociation, other two interfaces bounding lower valued ∑ i.e. incoherent boundaries; for higher interfaces, ∑81d dissociation also ∑243a boundaries. A mechanism proposed describes atom movements involved boundary, it suggested that similar types may account observed The primary GBD structure ∑243a〈110〉 boundary determined correspond 7.36 low angle boundary.
