摘要: In an ideal world, effective programs would be disseminated on a large scale, but many obstacles block program diffusion. To date, little guidance has been provided by designers how to implement the in different sites with personnel and client populations. This article discusses debate between "fidelity camp" "reinvention suggests approach that reconciles two positions: fidelity should maintained program's mechanism of operation; reinvention is permitted implementation if causal preserved. Such essential for dissemination preventive interventions are successful controlled trials.
